-Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

-Only one entry is permitted per household.
-Participants must reside in one of the following Ohio counties: Wayne, Summit, Stark, Mahoning, Huron, Portage, Ashtabula, Lorain, Medina, Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Trumbull.
-Persons employed by Timber Wood Workshop, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible.
-The promotion will begin on February 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and end on March 31, 2025 at 11:30 PM EST.
-All entries must be received by the end of the entry period to be considered.
-To enter, participants must complete and submit the online form located on our website.
-No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
-Timber Wood Workshop will select three winners.
-This promotion is based on the uniqueness of the project, winners will not be chosen at random.
-The selection process will begin on April 1, 2025, and winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of finalized selections.
-Winners will receive a custom woodworking project of their design at the cost of materials only; all labor will be provided free of charge.
-The project scope, materials, and final design will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and Timber Wood Workshop.
-Winners are responsible for covering the cost of materials; this cost will vary based on the selected project and materials.
-If a winner is unable or unwilling to proceed with the project, including but not limited to financial or logistical reasons, Timber Wood Workshop reserves the right to select an alternate participant.
-The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-All eligible participants who submit an entry form but are not selected will receive a 5% discount on the custom project submitted, should they chose to more forward with the project after the promotion ends.
-The discount is valid until December 31, 2025, and is valid only on the project submitted during the promotion entry window.
-By entering, you grant Timber Wood Workshop permission to share your project details, photos, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
-Timber Wood Workshop may feature winners' projects in progress and upon completion across social medias, our website, and other promotional materials.
-By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Timber Wood Workshop and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion.
-Timber Wood Workshop is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or other issues that may impact entry submissions.
-Timber Wood Workshop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
-Timber Wood Workshop reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any deceptive or disruptive behavior.
-This promotion is strictly limited to residential projects for personal use only. Submissions intended for commercial purposes, business use, resale, or any company-affiliated projects will not be considered. Timber Wood Workshop reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies as residential and may disqualify entries that do not comply with this requirement.
-This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
